Privacy notice
What this site collects, what we do with it and how to contact us about it. It is short because the site collects very little.
Who we are
Wolfshoulder Limited runs this website. The company is registered in England and Wales, number 10647705, registered office Mendip Self Storage, Old Down Farm, Emborough, Radstock, Somerset BA3 4SA. We are the data controller for anything you send us through the site. Questions about this notice go to info@wolfshoulder.com.
The contact form
If you use the form you give us your name, email address, company, the production you are asking about and your message. We use that to answer you and for nothing else. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
The form sends your message to our inbox as an email through Brevo, an email service based in the EU, which acts as our processor. We keep enquiries in our mailbox while we deal with them and for up to two years afterwards in case the conversation picks up again, then delete them.
The form includes a check by Cloudflare Turnstile that the message came from a person rather than a script. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices and does not track you across other sites, so there is no cookie banner here. The site itself sets no cookies.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Video players and links
Showreels and clips are embedded from Vimeo and YouTube. The players load only when you press play; until then nothing is sent to either service. YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com and Vimeo embeds are set to Do Not Track. Once a player is running, that service's own privacy notice applies.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Vimeo take you to those sites, which have their own notices.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email info@wolfshoulder.com and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decisions or send marketing from this site.
